I have had poor attendence this year. Mainly due to anxiety and I've had a number of meetings aimed at assessing my attendence and whether I'm okay for college. So I'm under the watchful eye of my progress tutor.

I've literally just started taking medication - fluoxetine/Prozac. This made me feel very ill, dizzy and drowsy for the first week I took it. So I missed almost a full week. It's still making me very dizzy and very tired and I feel like I'm too tired to even go into college. I know it's bad, but today I managed to fall asleep in the library and on the way home, on the bus.

I don't know what to do. I'm still getting good grades, so it's not like it's affecting my grades. But I don't know what to do about this medication. Is it worth continuing to see if the tiredness etc dies down, even if it's affecting my attendence?

And how do I let college know that this medication is making me feel tired/dizzy? I could email but I get too nervous and worried about it.
