I saw a nutritionist when I was early in recovery and trying to gain weight. To be honest, not following ALL of her advice to the letter is one of my biggest regrets. She made a very detailed meal plan for me, according to the exchange system. Basically, it's a list of how much you need from each food group for each of your meals, so you just focus on getting to check each of the food groups off a checklist instead of counting calories and it's very helpful with dealing with mealtime anxiety.
