has anybody talked to you about anger being a secondary emotion- meaning you have a primary emotion first...like frustration, lonliness, jealousy, sadness...and you dont know how to cope with that emotion so you respond with anger instead? so anger really isnt an emotion, it is a response to an emotion you are feeling. so when you get angry, try and identify what primary emotion it is you were feeling that triggered the anger response and find a way to cope with it and the angry feelings should go away.
