I'm bipolar 1 mixed, also.
Abilify sort of slowed me down, but made me jittery at the same time. Very odd state. I wanted to crawl out of my skin, but I sort of just wanted to sit around and drool on myself, too.
It did give me blurry vision, which I hated.
