Thanks. I am not considered "unemployed". I am on worker's comp for an injury from a patient with dementia. I don't think the problem is with my resume and cover letter. I am getting interviews. I am starting to think it has something to do with the actual interview. Either I don't look the part or maybe I am not answering their questions the way they want. The worst part, is I feel like the interview goes well and they "seem" to like me but I guess I am not picking up on the fact that they aren't interested.
