Have you tried vocational rehab? I have OCD, which is considered a disability, and they do workshops and help you with interviews. I'm not sure what your condition is but you may qualify, too. You might want to speak with your therapist about it. I didn't know anything about it until my therapist suggested it. They sent over records from my doc and therapist to make sure I qualified and I did. Also, I always send a thank you note the day after an interview thanking them for their time. Hope this helps.
