call your vet and describe her actions.......dogs are given prozac for acting out.......xoxoxo pat p.s. the electric fence comes with posts and wire holders. you pound them into the ground in your yard......not usually on top of it. somewhere in height where she's going to hit it when she walks up to the fence. even if you have to have her on a chain, do it.

i don't think there would be an ordinance against the wire, when it's in your yard. and tell your neighbors to keep their kids back until you get her corrected.
