reasons to keep going:

it WILL get better; the darkness and horrificness does not last forever
you will see the light again
you have come so far and YOU deserve a life
you could try a different type of therapy
you could try different meds
you are very much valued here on PC
this is merely a blip in your journey
you are important and you matter
there will be new friends for you to make
there are new places you could travel to
everyone on PC believes in you and is here for you
