Btw, i thought of some suggestions to help you cope right now:

Read a good book
Chocolate (in moderation)
Bubble baths
Walk
Listen to emotional music
Punch pillows
Ice on wrist as alternative to SI
Scenic drives
Sewing or knitting
Journaling
Scrapbooking/art
Netflix

These things usually help me.
