I'm not sure the APA publishes such info anymore. Generally, sanctions are enacted through state boards of licensure, so the appropriate state agency would list currently sanctioned members, and the basic nature of the offense, on their web-site. In my state, it's on the state gov't web-site, under the Board of Psychology.
