I don't remember a list put out by the APA, but there was a site that listed the people in all or at least many of the states when a psychotherapist lost his/her license and it also gave some of the backstory. IF I run accross it I will post it. But, I know in some states you just go to gov site where the licenses are listed, and you can usually get a few years worth of license suspensions and revocations, and why.

I have read them for NJ, VA, CA, AZ, and I have not seen a one that was terminated because of some of the things I have heard complained about. You, on the other hand, may have a good case.
