So, after several phone calls in the middle of our appointment, interruptions while I was telling him that I was worried about self harm, forgetting to prescribe blood work to check Lithium levels; it suddenly hits me: My PDoc doesn't give a **** about me. I mean; I had to remind him to prescribe blood work to keep my Lithium levels in check.

The sad part is I couldn't find any other PDs in my city. They're all so far out, , and the ones that are available don't take our insurance. I know that he's not family, and I don't expect that much of him, but the least I expected is someone that can keep his eyes off his phone for five whole minutes while I was talking about my emotional turmoil. It makes me sad.
