While biking I tried to deal with the stuff that causes me anxiety and, for the life of me, I just couldn't do it. No matter how hard I try to deal with the negative stuff, I couldn't even keep it in my head.
You're probably thinking "why bring yourself in that place???"
My thinking is, when is the best time to tackle something negative? Isn't it when you're in a good place? Like at a time when you're mentally clear, and strong/confident? For me, it's when I'm biking that I feel strongest.
Anyway, nothing happened. It was as if the negativity was locked in a place in my head and I have no access to it when things are ok.
Bummer.
But I'm feeling pretty good after the other day.
