I am really glad that you have made a posting under this forum.

I think that this statement that you have made is very valid:

"I just can't seem to get control."

This is usually key to me when I am wondering how influential something is for me personally.

I like to reflect on the degree to which it may be influencing or impacting on my life.

This seems to me that it is causing you disruption.

I am really glad that you are considering seeing a PCP.
