Mine will answer his phone, but always apologizes. All his patients have his cell phone number, so it's almost always a patient or patient's family member. But he doesn't end the appointment until everything is gone over, so I never feel like I'm missing time or attention. Down side is he is always running behind, so I spend a good amount of time in the waiting room.
