I guess the best thing to do is read all of that fine print paperwork they should throw at you and google any words you don't know. Then ask your doctor, read this site, and keep checking. I'm feeling pretty overwhelmed too, not getting enough p-doc direction.

By the way, almost every medication pamphlet known to man says that they aren't sure how it works. And doctors aren't sure how most psychiatric illnesses are caused. It's the nature of the beast. It's kind of nuts if you ask me (pun intended).
