A diet itself is not a problem. If you are having thoughts that your body is more overweight than it really is, then it may be a problem. If you are so repulsed at your body that you are starving yourself, that is not good. If you are binge eating, that is not good. If you are purging food, that is not normal. It all depends upon how you view your body (anorexia), how you are eliminating food or if you are eating due to emotions and not actual hunger.
