How are we to know what these trigger codes are? I guess I'm still a little lost. I can appreciate the need and desire not to expose struggling people to something that will make things worse but how are we to know what the 'triggers' are? maybe if I was reading this earlier in the day I would figure it out but my brain is now running nearly on empty so a clue to point me in the right direction would be just the ticket i think.
