I do the same thing haha! I quit my meds because I either think i'm okay, or that i am a faker and dont need meds.

I am dx with bipolar and bpd. However, my bipolar is either a mixed state or depression. These moods last longer, typically like bipolar. My bpd mood swings are obviously faster. However, bpd mood swings are more contingent on like, external things? (sometimes not for me though but usually). Unlike bipolar where it is an internal change for no real reason usually.

are your ultra rapid cycles just an internal thing? or is it kind of based on your external world? maybe that is a question that will help clarify things for you.

also, sorry about your luck with meds :/ i've only been getting treatment since june, and only started seeing a psychiatrist since october. When i was first hospitalized in november, that is when the med trials began. I have yet to find something that helps with any, or all, of my symptoms. (but im not new to this whole mental health thing, im only 18 and have been having problems since i was 13, i had brief treatment initially then it stopped. i dont think my parents cared)
