Okay, that makes sense. There are places around here that rent RV spaces by the month and that also have bathhouse facilities. It would be a lot safer to be somewhere like that. In fact, if you're in a camper, you'd be a lot safer in general.

Oddly, when you camp, you meet lots of people.

I don't get out much either because of health problems that cause energy limitations and pain. I live in an apartment in public housing and my neighbors do a number on my head sometimes. Sometimes at night when I can't sleep and I can hear people cursing outside and rap music playing, I imagine I'm back sleeping in the tent.

I actually enjoyed sleeping in the tent - it was all the activity required to get food, stay clean, do laundry, take away the trash, etc, that was exhausting. I think sleeping outdoors, especially when it's cold (if you have a good sleeping bag) helps insomnia.

I can empathize with the part about the house. I used to have a house and I liked having it, but things were always happening to it and I was on a very limited income. And there was that one problem neighbor.
