I'm in the same situation. I'm 37 yrs old and I go to the bathroom more than a ruptured hose. I was until recently taking some medications to delay my urination urgency, but will look into the TURP. What does this procedure affect the sex drive. I still want to make love to my wife and live a normal life post surgery.
