I have no advice. I don't do threesomes and don't know anyone who does. But If a friend asked me to have threesome with me and my partner I wouldn't be able to stay friends. I would not slap a person or spread rumors but I wouldn't be their friends.

If this is a common thing for you or a friend then go for it, but if not you are risking to lose a friend.
