What states allow intimacy between a client/ patient relationship? I wasn't aware of this.

I looked the criminal offense statistic up about 3 years ago, and in only 2 states at that time was it a criminal offense meaning you could actually be arrested and serve prison time.

Also, not every state requires psychotherapist to have malpractice insurance ( I believe Georgia does not require any M.D.'s to carry insurance, and there may be others), sexual deviance with a client is exempted by most insurance policies.

My heart goes out to all of you that were mistreated by people that are supposed to help you.
