It did when I took it. You're not supposed to take extra either (that would probably give you a headache) so all I ever knew to do was to go through the down feeling. Usually I'd feel back to normal in a day or two.

When I used to take that medication, I used a pill minder and was absolutely compulsive about taking it regularly because I was so sensitive to missing a dose.
