I've been bullied at work for well over a year by vice president of company (male). I've been having counselling. Previous Counsellor said that its attraction. She said that its the sort of attraction a father feels for his daughter or, depending on his age, a brother feels for his sister.

Any ideas what she means ? Hoping the answer may help my situation as it seems to be getting worse
