I can only think of abusive Trolls. Trolling a Mental Health Message Board abusing people is low, cruel and despicable. Anyone who would do that would have no qualms with coming back under a different name and posting lies about a life that they just made up.

What offences are punishable by banning?

At the moment, I wish I could ban the person in my family who left it on the Infomercial channel. I've been barraged with calorie-burning, fat-burning miracle exercise machines that make you lose half your body weight in a week, while organising your life, raising your children, and fixing you that tasty cocktail when you want to indulge. They only cost $999.95 a month for the next 30 years and you get bloody five free miracle exercise machines if you purchase one now, and they throw in an extra useless machine that just sits there and has no discernible use if you pay using your credit card. Are they serious?

The people on these infomercials are so happy, too! Where do they get their inspiration from? Selling an exercise machine on an infomercial would depress me, but these people are so energetic that you wonder if they deliver the thing themselves.
