Double layer and stuffed crust, with mozzerella and perhaps a couple other kinds of cheese, a good red sauce and....mushrooms, artichoke hearts, spicy italian sausage, ham, pepperoni, jalapenos, spinach, bannana peppers, green olives, garlic, roasted red peppers, sun dried tomatoes...and maybe some anchovies on the side in case I want a couple pieces with those, but wouldn't want them on the whole pizza.
