Well, I won't be questioning the legitimacy & reliability of such quizzes and tests, that's a another whole story. But my concern is if you only rely on them. I mean, you should decide for yourself and you should be able to know that you need help from a pro.
When I decided to see a psychiatrist, it was my own independent decision because I knew I needed psychiatry kind of help.
