bulllying is bullying. The counselor doesn't understand. It doesn't matter WHY you are being harassed or abused; it needs to be addressed. You need a different counselor. The Verbally Abusive Relationship by Patricia Evans saved my life. Do you have a Human Resources Dept? There are Federal laws and guidelines for workplace harrassment. You can look that up online. It won't stop until someone in authority steps in.
