To answer your question.........It is a program that was set up by the US pharmaceutical companies to help people receive the medications they need if they do not have drug coverage or have exhausted their coverage. I actually contacted a non-profit group that helped me with all of the applications, etc. I paid an application fee and they did everything else. I saved soooo much money. Now I pay less than $5 a month for each of my prescriptions. It has really been a life-saver!!
