I shower every third day, it's the most I can manage. I only brush my teeth in the shower, too. Yes, it 's gross. I can't manage more though. Timing has to be JUST right or I will skip it. Everyone MUST still be asleep or I have to be home alone. In and out as fast as I can (I gave up shaving my legs years ago, takes too long. And I keep short hair so it doesn't take much to wash it).
I think it's more related to anxiety than depression for me - depression still plays a part, sure, but even when I'm hypo it's still an issue. I haven't been able to pinpoint the anxiety part... maybe because I haven't really tried.
