Please have a little forgiveness for yourself.

Occassionally we all make choices that are not necessarily the right ones.

It's called being human.

We are free to make choices.

We are not free to suffer the consequences of these choices though.

When I make choices that are not necessarily in my best interests, it is a reminder for me of the path and the goal that I am striving towards achieving and that if I slip up I must dust off the pieces, hold my head up high, and keep moving forward.

That's how winning is done.
