I took a nap and woke up so far away, i never felt so nothing in my life, it scared me so much

it's the first time i was that far away, what do you guys do to come back? i can get like halfway back to reality but the second half is a real struggle, but sometimes i really freak out and my mind goes blank whenever i try to come back and I forget how to come back, and i find it a lot harder to deal with anxiety when i'm out there, does anybody else experience that too?
