I do think there are "bad" dogs in the sense that the breeding for "badness" has beed done for so long, it has become part of their instincts?

Another part of the problem perhaps is that many ppl own dogs that must be considered pitt bulls and dangerous, just because they don't have paperwork to prove they aren't pitt bulls.
