Can it might be that you need a med tweak? It is possible that your needing a higher dose to reach a therapeutic dose again from built up tolerance. It's only been a couple months and your only on 120mg. My partner can't sleep without the Seroquel. You need to see your pdoc and let him know what's going on with this.
