Idk, what is talk therapy?
Doesn't sound like something i would do, let alone pay for.
I have friends who listen for free.
Whatever therapy I have been going to has definitely been helping. I don't go there to spew my guts for an hour, I go there to find guidance, coping skills, insight, a game plan... Etc
I don't see the point in just aimlessly whining about how shyt my week has been.
