Hmm... I don't know if I like to think of myself as part demon, lol. I also don't think that I would look at myself with such hateful eyes. I also distinctively remember that the grandmother in my dream had red hair. I don't have red hair.

Thanks for the input. Am I taking your words too literally? I could see that they might make sense if the purple thing was supposed to be trying to tell me something, though I don't think that I agree about the grandmother being my "wiser self that understood the demon self." I remember feeling like nobody would listen to me in the dream though, and then due to nobody listening to me, I end up being pushed off of a ladder and most likely dead. If I were listened to in my dream, we wouldn't have gone into the basement, thus I would have lived.
