Have you tried deleting cookies and clearing history? Error 400, as it's typically known as is rather quick to troubleshoot.

Other thoughts on why this may occur have to do with installation of new hardware or software. I just double checked the Microsoft online faq/q&a. My first thought was a cookie issue, since it's noted...but...
