At times we worry That we shouldn't feel mad Because we woke up mad. Or we don't feel like talking to anyone.
Sometimes I think we should just feel it. Next time you feel like crying, do it! Find a bathroom or a pillow and do it. Or if you feel mad get in your car and yell! Go to a gym and run/lift weights thinking about how angry you are. Just feel it.
Your daily to do's never go away. You can attack them at anytime of the day, sometimes just take a few moments to yourself, let it out, all of it, and move on.
