Hmmm... tough question. Offhandedly, I'd say my grandkids because I become one of them when I'm with them, at least until an adult needs to step in. I get a chance to be a child again since I didn't have a childhood. LOL They have even inspired a poem or three out of me. But thinking about it, all of the above and then some are parts of what keeps me going.

My two boys, the two that are actively involved in my life are a great inspiration in different ways. Just the other day I decided to check out my oldest son's website. When I got done, I felt like a stranger because it had been a long time since I'd visited. He seems to be so incredibly successful that I feel like we're not in the same league. But hey! He doesn't brag about his success, hardly every mentions it other than to say he's really busy and he is MY son! I bore him, I raised him and although he's given up some of the values I tried to teach him, he's still a great person.

My youngest son inspires me because his life seems to be going like mine always has been; difficult. He doesn't give up, though. He keeps trudging forward and sees the fruits of his labors.

If it wasn't for my best friend, Monika, I don't know where I'd be now. When the going got really tough, she was always there for me in any way I needed her. In fact, she was there when my family wasn't or wouldn't and she was there when the rest of my erstwhile friends turned their back on me.

My doves and kitty give me something to look forward to each day. They need me and ask, no, demand affection from me. Even my Siamese Fighting Fish gives me a chuckle when I feed him. He actually follows my hand when I pick up the little container of fish food and he's ready to gobble down the pellets.

This is the only place I can say I have online friends since I don't visit other interactive websites anymore. People are just too rude and hateful everywhere else. Ya'll don't know how much you mean to me and how appreciative I am to almost always find someone to talk to when I'm feeling low.

My garden is a hobby as well as an inspiration. The nurturing, the creativity it inspires and the life cycles, ya know...

Last, but certainly not least, in fact it's #1, is my faith. If I didn't have my faith, I wouldn't have anything. Life certainly would not be worth living even if I had everything else I've mentioned.

That was great food for thought, Inky! Thanks! It made me stop and think about a lot of things! "It's a good thing!"
