Please tell us which anxiety medication you believe is the best and why.

I'll start. Paxil was wonderful on keeping my anxiety at bay, but unfortunately it made me gain a lot of weight so I had to discontinue it.

I've tried other meds, but for me, none has been as effective as Paxil.
