I hate it! I can't sleep at all, no matter how hard I try . It's been going on for three months now and for once I want to get some sleep lol I heard somewhere that anxiety keeps you awake and such when it comes to sleep-and I do admit I have been dealing with allot of stress this year and last year. My thoughts are always rushing before I go to bed and they wont shut up! During the day I take naps allot since I'm so physically tired from the previous nights. Is there some way that I can finally get some sleep!? It's driving me mad
