Hey Mally, this is something very close to my heart lol I haven't had a good nights sleep in I don't know how long. I'm getting back on a schedule now, so I think I'm going to fix this.

You should see a doctor and get some sleeping pills, even over the counter ones are okay if that's all you can get for now. Then, you should take them at a reasonable time at night, and wake up at a reasonable time in the morning. Then you should be reasonably active during the day. I know that's not as easy as it sounds.. I have been struggling with it myself.

And like direction said, avoid caffeine and naps, especially later in the day.
