I read celebrity Gossip, research Bipolar/Depression, text friends, workout, go on dating sites & plan on reading the Harry Potter series from the beginning. I also like to read this forum. I tried to self medicate w/ my fave high calorie foods but the thought was always better than the event. Seems habit forming & I don't want to gain weight. Hard to find things I enjoy these days. Drinking is a bad idea for me too. A love interest encouraged me to drink more than I knew I should a couple days ago & now I feel like I have brain inflammation. Oh I also like sun bathing.
