Just had it again. First time since my first comment on 29th Jan. This time I didn't try and get rid of it and it lasted around 5 minutes. Took my pulse which was just under 60bpm which is normal. Possibly a bit on the slow side. Woke up the missus and she said I was talking normal speed and volume. Hard to tell either of those things while it's happening. It feels like I'm being louder and slower but at the same time everything is moving fast.
