I understand what you are discribing and that it can be something you manage well for a while and then begin to be a challenge again that is a concern like this.
You need to consider what is going on in your life that may be adding stress to you, as this is what tends to increase the challenges of PTSD. I have to say that for myself right now, I am having a hard time because I definitely have some big challenges taking place and that is definitely presenting me with more unwanted PTSD symptoms.
The fact that the days are longer is a change, and it could definitely be something that is bringing on some challenges. PTSD doesn't like change, thats just how it is, so that being said, make sure you are patient and give yourself time to adjust to this change, lots of self care and self soothing while you are slowly adjusting.
