Agitation is also a sign of mania for me. It can get severe and I get wild and out of control. It usually comes in a mixed state as I have major depression symptoms as well. My doctor is always VERY concerned when I start getting agitated and does everything to stop it as soon as possible. Are you on any meds to help?
