So I've recently become a vegetarian and lowered my calorie intake and I tend to exercise each day aswel but nothing too crazy! Just on a stationary bike for about 30mins and then sit ups and stuff like that.
I've been like that for roughly 2 weeks now, I'm 5ft 1' and 21yrs old. My period started 3 days ago and usually its like an average flow but this time its really really light and sort of pointless.
Just wanted peoples opinions on whether this is just a one off random event or if it may mean that I am losing my period for good?
