Good that you can work on your issues in therapy. I know you will feel better with it. I've been in therapy in different periods and it really helped me.
I have suffered many depressions in my life, with different degrees of severity. I think that with therapy I have learnt to deal with it each time better.
You say that you don't know why you are feeling low but you mention something that happened this morning. Was that event what made you think of things you lost or miss?
