You say that you don't know why you are feeling low but you mention something that happened this morning. Was that event what made you think of things you lost or miss?

What happened this morning was kind of a loss for me, a loss of a friend because of what was said. I never keep friends because of what happens usually. they don't want to understand what I am going through. Some do though
